Dressing Forceps Straight 14 cm

Anatomical forceps (dressing forceps) from Medipharchem, straight and 14 cm long – the standard length in most instrument sets. The forceps are made of brushed stainless steel and have cross-serrated, toothless jaws that give a secure grip on swabs, sutures and soft tissue.

For wound care and suturing

Use the forceps to apply sterile dressings, handle swabs and gauze pads, hold suture material or remove splinters and ticks. Because the jaws have no teeth, they are gentle on the surface of whatever you grasp. For tissue that needs to be held under traction, surgical forceps with teeth are a better choice.

Cleaning and sterilisation

The forceps are supplied non-sterile and must be cleaned and sterilised before first use. They withstand steam sterilisation (autoclave) at 134 °C. Avoid cleaning agents containing chlorine, ammonia or alcohol. Marking on the instrument: Medipharchem Stainless CE.
