What information do we collect?

Alvyri AB collects and processes information within the areas and functions set out below. When you use our services or shop with us, you may directly or indirectly provide us with information about yourself in a number of ways, such as when you make a purchase via our website, become a member of our customer club, contact us or use any of our services in which you provide personal data of any kind.

Information you give us:

• Personal identity number - Swedish personal identity number or coordination number.

Examples of information we collect about you - When you use our services, we may collect the following information:

• Retrieval of address details - at your request, address details may be retrieved to facilitate your purchase (examples of sources: Resurs Bank, Bisnode and Collector).
• Information about goods/services - details of the goods/services you have purchased.
• Financial information - approved credit via our partners (examples of sources: Resurs Bank, Creditsafe and Atradius/Collector).
• Device information/Information about how you have used our website - for example, how you reached us and how you use our services.
• Geographical information - for example, your geographical location so that we can deliver goods to you.

Information we collect about you - when you join our customer club:

• Lifestyle and segmentation information - interests, behaviours and customer profile so that we can continuously develop our product range and our commercial business to better meet our customers' needs and communicate information that is relevant to you (source: Bisnode).

What we do with your information

When you purchase goods or services from Alvyri AB, your personal data may be stored and used to provide, perform and improve our services. On the basis of the purchase agreement, and the membership agreement for members, your personal data will be processed in order to:

• Complete your purchase of goods and services and, where necessary, verify your identity and check your age.
• Provide you with customer support and the information about products and services that you request from us.
• Administer, develop, improve and test our services and the systems in which they are provided.
• Administer your membership of the customer club and your user account.
• Provide benefits and offers to members.
• Provide members with a personalised experience.
• Market products and services.

If you give your consent, your personal data will be processed in order to:

• Send newsletters with current offers (non-members).
• Use cookies to save your web settings in order to create a personalised user experience and to direct relevant marketing offers to you.
• Invite you to take part in customer surveys and business development initiatives.

Alvyri AB also processes personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, for example to:

• Evaluate and improve our product range and services and the systems in which they are provided, for example through troubleshooting, data analysis, development, development and testing, and similar (business development and quality purposes).
• Handle customer service matters and respond to enquiries, complaints and similar (providing good service, quality and training).

Alvyri AB will also collect and process personal data in order to comply with applicable legislation such as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (bokföringslagen), tax legislation and similar.Communicating with you Alvyri AB may also use your details to communicate with you by post, telephone and electronically. If you are a member, we may direct offers to you based on previous purchases and your profile. If you do not wish to receive targeted communication from us, you can unsubscribe directly or email: hello@hjartgruppen-shop.se. Please note that a change does not always take effect immediately. We will comply with your request as soon as is practically possible and aim to make the change no later than 30 days after receiving your request.

With whom we may share your information

In order to provide our services and deliver your goods to you, we may transfer your information to, or share it with, selected third parties.

Suppliers and subcontractors:

In order to fulfil our obligations to you and for other purposes described in this policy, Alvyri AB may share your personal data with suppliers or subcontractors.

Payment and credit companies:

In order to handle your payments, your details may be shared with financial operators. If you choose to use credit services provided through our partners, your personal data will be shared with payment and credit companies. Our partners may also carry out a credit check on you when you purchase a subscription and when you apply for credit.

Insurers:

If, in connection with your purchase, you choose to insure any of your products, your personal data and product information will be shared with the insurer.

Authorities:

Due to legal requirements or with your consent, Alvyri AB may share your details with authorities such as Radiotjänst, the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket), the Police or other authorities.

Security

Alvyri AB strives to protect your personal data and maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent inappropriate or unintended disclosure, use, access, loss, alteration or damage of your personal data. Only employees of Alvyri AB or of our suppliers who need access to your personal data for a specific task will be given access to your personal data.

What we will not do with your data

We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

Where we store your data

For the most part, we will process your personal data within the EU/EEA. If personal data is transferred to or processed in a country outside the EU/EEA, Alvyri AB will take all reasonable legal, technical and organisational measures to ensure that your personal data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection comparable to the protection offered within the EU/EEA.

How long we store your data

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes specified in this policy. Where we store your data for other purposes, e.g. to meet accounting requirements, we store your data only for as long as is necessary and/or required by law for the respective purpose. We will carry out regular data cleansing and delete personal data if it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Right of access to your data

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you and verify the information we hold about you. The copy is free of charge and we aim to respond within 30 days.

Right to rectification

You have the right to have inaccurate or incomplete information about yourself changed/corrected.

Right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten")

If you no longer want us to store your data, you have the right to have your data erased, provided that it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations, such as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (bokföringslagen), that prevent us from immediately erasing parts of your data. In such cases, we will only store the data that we are required by law to retain. If the processing is based on consent and this consent is withdrawn, your data will be erased.

Right to restriction

You have the right to demand that processing be restricted if any of the following applies:

• if you contest the accuracy of the personal data
• the processing is unlawful
• we no longer need the data but you need it for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim.

Right to object

You have the right to object to processing if the legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have the personal data that you have provided to us and that is processed automatically transferred to yourself or to a new controller, if the legal basis is consent or the processing was necessary for the performance of a contract, and this does not adversely affect the rights of third parties.

Right to withdraw consent

You have the right to withdraw any consent you have given to Alvyri AB at any time.

Rights in relation to profiling

You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly affects you. However, this does not apply:

• if it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract with you
• if it is permitted under applicable legislation
• if you have consented to the processing
